This is a Night shift position on the ORMC Vascular Unit
Nights may vary, Shifts may vary
Experience:
One year of recent (within the past five years) experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Completion of RN educational program may substitute for one year experience requirement.
Education/Training:
High school graduate or equivalent; and Successful completion of one of the following:
- Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Assistant Program; or
- Current nursing student who has completed one semester of clinical rotation, or graduated nursing student who completed all course work and did not pass State Board exam; or
- Medical Corpsman, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic; or
- Medical personnel licensed outside the United States; or
- Two years of recent (within the past five years) nursing assistant work experience (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).
Licensure/Certification:
Maintains current BLS certification through American Heart Association.
