This is a Configuration Specialist position with IS, Orlando Health. Must be able to be on 24hr call for 2 weeks on a rotating schedule.
Must possess solid customer service skills in order to communicate standards and issues between multiple teams. Degree in Nursing and minimum of 3 years nursing experience is highly recommended.
Broad knowledge and understanding of Allscripts' Enterprise application (or any EMR system) and it's use by nurses and physicians in a physician office practice setting.
Must be able to translate and document customer requests into requirements and then configure the associated application to meet those requirements.
Create and modify electronic Notes, Quick Sets, Clinical Care Guides, tasks, orderables, scanning directories, etc.
Must possess critical thinking / problem solving abilities when developing, testing or configuring the application.
Must know appropriate vocabulary within the application, know drugs and frequencies and be able to use them in the appropriate context.
Knowledge of Connect-R integrator piece would be a plus.
