This is an Implementation Specialist position for Healthcare Purchasing Alliance, lnc. with Orlando Health.

Seeking candidate with RN or Resp Therapist, or Surg Tech or other clinical lic/cert.

Bachelor degree in business administration, nursing, arts and science or related clinical field. Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

Five years of clinical, materials management or financial experience. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasize on spreadsheet design. Project management and process change agent skills. Sound critical thinking skills as it related to data analysis and contracting processes. Management willing to train a clinician on the business aspect of supply chain.

The lmplementation Specialist for Healthcare Purchasing Alliance, lnc. (HPA) facilitates

all Member analysis as it pertains to expense reduction opportunities, and improvement

of contract compliance.

Leads facilitation of Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for lnformation (RFl) and contracting negotiations. Responsible for spreadsheet design, product evaluations and analysis of utilization patterns as it relates to assigned projects.

Works with Member teams to identify and develop supplementary language as it relates

to Members business and legal requirements. Conducts detailed analysis of data and

identifies its clinical, financial, operational, and distribution impact. Reviews existing and

proposed contracts related to capital, services, and medical products and offers

suggestions to meet Members objectives. lnteracts daily with clinical and medical teams

in a multi-disciplinary environment to identify practice patterns, contract compliance and

financial impact. Serves as the primary liaison to assist Members with meeting strateg c

direction as it pertains to GPO contracts. Parlicipates in the Medical Economic Outcome

Committee (MEOC) and Value Analysis Committees (VAC) at various Members facilities.

Ability to speak and present data in front of diverse groups. Ability to function.in a team

environment, as well as being self-directed. Bachelor degree in business administration,

nursing, arts and science or related clinical field. Five years of clinical, materials

management or financial experience required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

with emphasize on spreadsheet design. Project management and process change

agent skills. Sound critical thinking skills as it related to data analysis and contracting
